It’s not that I haven’t been wanting to blog or write about my beautiful trip to Lebanon (more on this coming up in future posts, with pictures), or about my move to a new place in Boston, and how horrible it can be trying to find a parking spot when 35000 Red Sox fans are cometing for the same spots on gameday (I hope they lose soon :P, for a very selfish reason: I want to be able to park at home!!)
So…
It’s not that I haven’t been wanting to blog or write, it’s that I don’t have Internet at home, and that’s basically because Verizon sucks. They first told me they don’t have available DSL lines, but then when I ordered internet from DirecTV and they gave me a Verizon DSL line. Anyways, this line was supposed to be active as of October 7 (2 days ago), but noooooo… There was some network problem, and now they need access to my apartment for the technician to take a look and fix the issue. Since I am now in California until Sunday, internet at home (and the stories about Lebanon) will have to wait till I go back and allow the technician into the apartment (because he refused to be admitted by the property manager, he insisted on my humble self being there).
Yalla, la vie continue.
